The staff were friendly and very capable but they started half an hour late. Once I was placed in the drive nobody came back to check on me and there was nobody to speak to until I just left. Great therapists but need to manage clients and timings better.

Really questionable hygiene and cleanliness. Towels were not changed. Gloves were not used. If used they weren’t changed after the next customer. Dirty and appalling. Will not return.

It was lovely and I really like my gel nails. Thuy was so nice and made mulitple times sure I'm happy with everything. Will be back!
