The actual nails were good. The shop itself was far too busy, there was no social distance. The appointment times were non existent- people were leaving after waiting 45 - 60 after their appointment time.

Extremely busy, little to no social distancing. My appointment was about 15 minutes late, and I know that there were people with appointments for their nails who had been waiting for around 20+ minutes to be seen.
