I went in yesterday for an acrylic refill. Scheduled through Treatwell, comes up to £28, which makes sense, as I paid £40 for my first application - fair enough - and generally the infill is cheaper. Much to my dismay, as I go to pay, I’m asked to pay £40. I asked why that was, since it said £28 on the website, and I was told it was because shellac was extra. Please add in an option of infill with shellac, as this is very misleading. Not happy with that. Nails do look quite nice, though.
