I cannot comment on the actual treatment as I didn't receive it. I was met by a very rude receptionist who was very unpleasant and did not speak English well. She just muttered 'delay'. Another man came out after ten minutes of waiting and said there would be a delay as they are fully booked. He was equally rude and not apologetic. This does not seem like a professional establishment and I will not be returning.

Excellent treatment, the staff were so professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. Will definitely be going back for more treatments and will definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Was sat waiting for my appointment for ages, ended up leaving it an hour later than I was supposed to and running late to meet someone so made it extremely difficult to relax.
