I came in early (30min) but they didn't make me wait long for my turn. Their staffs are very friendly. The place is nice and neat. Waiting area is ok as long as there's only 3 of you waiting so it doesn't feel crowded. Service wise, it was ok as well. Could have been better though since I noticed there's a few little hairss left (had full face waxing). Overall, it's still a great experience for me.
