I have been to this salon quite a few times and all the therapists have been great, however this time I was automatically booked in with the new girl Nadia and I am sorry to say that the experience was awful. I had the hollywood wax and it was really painful during the treatment and after the treatment. It is still uncomfortable now 2 weeks later! I have a friend who got her legs waxed today with Nadia and she still has clumps of hair on her legs and apparently Nadia used a cheap 'roll on' style wax that you can do at home! She was so disappointed and won't be returning. I would book again, but with Fran or one of the other girls, not Nadia.
