Lovely facial as usual. Would completely recommend. Salon did get my time of appointment wrong and I was eating at an unattended reception for about 5 minutes but did not spoil the experience

I was pleasantly surprised to receive all around facial with microdermabrasion. Attentive and nice staff. Overall would recommend although bear in mind they have refurbishment going so surrounding may not be to everyone's liking.

Service was good, however I expected more of a manicure experience (i.e. hand message, soaking hands in water, etc) and there was some initial issue when applying the shellac but aside from that it was a good experience.
