Was called day off to push back appointment due to them running behind schedule which was not a problem, however when arriving still had to wait for my service. Service itself was very good and meticulous, wax is great for those with sensitive skin.

The salon was running behind on appointments when I arrived, so I had to wait around 20 minutes before my treatment started. The range of colours offered was good and the member of staff carrying out the treatment was friendly
Gel Nails Manicure

Good colour advice from the beautician, but the gel manicure was messy with rough bits trapped in the varnish which she didn't notice until I said. Having said that, she did correct it for me by filing and re-painting the nails that had rough bits in the varnish. She was also friendly. The pedicure was done in a lovely, relaxing treatment room.
