Haircut was good but the atmosphere was not and my hairdresser was grumpy and cold. Toilets were also outside which was a bit grim and for the price I would have expected a much more slick experience.

I was one of the last appointments of the day, not many staff members around. I had to wait a while, as it seemed they were running quite behind schedule. But overall I was happy with my eyebrows as always from pure Synergie.

I received a phone call 1 minute before my scheduled appointment saying that my hairstylist wasn’t going to be there in time and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled to 45 minutes later. The receptionist was incredibly unapologetic and frankly rude and dismissive of how unacceptable it was to be contacting me with this information so close to my appointment. The hairdresser herself was nice and did a good job, but I was highly unimpressed by the manners of their girls at reception and have been quite frankly put off from going there again.
