I arrived early for my appointment which was before the store even opened. The staff welcomed me in regardless and made sure I was comfortable while they opened up shop. Despite having a shortage of staff I was still seen to relatively quickly. Edna, who carried out my treatment was very professional and friendly and made my first waxing experience better than I could have imagined. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to friends and family.
