I was running late due to traffic. I telephoned Pure Synergie and they reassured me it wasn’t a problem.
I was seen by my Stylist Nicole as soon as I arrived. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The salon was clean with a modern feel.
Will definitely be rebooking.

Massage with Nicola was great. Staff is very friendly and decoration is nice.
I just would recommend you do something to the backyard. Remove all the stuff you have there and do an outdoor waiting area for clients, specially with summer coming up soon.

The room was quiet and comfortable, the lady (forgot her name, sorry!) was really friendly and did a good job, she took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted which is important! I like hot wax over strip waxing, I personally find it a lot less painful - waxing will never be pain-free, but this was definitely bearable. Thank you!
