Not much pressure for deep tissue and I am aware that I have a tight back, but it did not make even a slight dent. Very superficial.
Deep Tissue Massage
Disorganised inside with mess everywhere on the nail station. My therapist didn't seem to know anything about the products or prices of them. She was, I felt, repeatedly rude about my cuticles ( which I bite when stressed) which I thought was unfair and unnecessary. I have had plenty of manicures where people have done a good job despite this. The nails were unevenly painted, and I thought the whole interaction with her was generally unprofessional. Really disappointed and won't be going back
Manicure
Booked and prepaid through treatwell. Arrived for appointment to a locked salon and no sign of staff. Multiple attempts to contact the salon failed and eventually I left having wasted a good amount of time and money. From a closer look at other reviews this doesn't seem unusual. Treatments might be good but that only counts if they're actually delivered. I won't be booking again or recommending this place, and I'm not looking forward to trying to get a refund.
