Not my best experience at this salon and I have been coming for a few years. My appointment was cancelled by the salon on the morning of my appointment. I rearranged for the next day but there was no apology or explanation.

I have had many gel manicures in the past and ever had problems with the polish chipping off - until now! I also noticed after leaving that she had missed doing the sides on a couple of nails. I’ll keep looking for a good nail place in Edinburh

My appointment got cancelled due to staff sickness and recheduled at another branch (Newhaven), so I can't review Lothian Road but I can vouch for Jennifer at Newhaven for a brazillian wax. Very friendly and put me at ease. Sadly Newhaven is not local to me so I can't book there again, but I can't rely on Lothian road either so i suppose I need to find somewhere else.
