Received a voucher for the spa as a gift , when trying to book in i had multiple issues. I emailed asking for availability, after a week no response, tried to call and was unable to get through to anyone. After a follow up email i eventually got a response but was not off to a good start.
Arrived for our treatments one hour early as advised to use the facilities which was nice. There is two saunas, steam and plunge pool which meant it never felt too busy with people. Changing rooms were small with no changing cubicles or hair drying facilities. To note, the pool is not for swimming and is only for sitting in.
We both got back massage with foot treatment, on speaking to my partner after the treatment he did not receive the correct foot treatment and instead only dipped his feet into a bowl of water where i got a scrub and small massage which was lovely. Both of us enjoyed our massages no complaints.
Nice day not sure we would rush back, just lacked those special touches.

Great place to have a wee relax while we waited for our flight. Sauna and steam room were great, as was the pool. I guess if I was to nit pick, it would've been nice to have a hotter jacuzzi bit, but that's me being very pedantic!
Large changing rooms, and the lockers were large enough to store our hold luggage as well. Brilliant!
Note: I have contacted customer service email and received a response from a manager but communication has been poor and the issue was not resolved after the initial email of them stating they are ‘keen to investigate’.
I’ve had a Fresh Start package - which is foot ritual, salt scrub and pure massage. The massage therapist did not perform foot ritual in the first place. The massage therapist was lovely and the treatment was very relaxing. However, I am quite unhappy at the fact that the treatment time was greatly reduced. I arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment at 5pm, and my treatment was supposed to start at 5.10pm. However there was a delay due to the previous client finishing late, and I didn’t enter the room until 5.15pm. After changing clothes and chatting to the therapist about my needs, she took a while to come back to the room. The treatment did not start until about 5.25pm. When I checked the clock immediately after the treatment finishes, it was 6.09pm. Which means a treatment that’s supposed to be 70 minutes has been cut short to about 45 minutes despite myself arriving early.
I understand changing time could be counted towards treatment time, but I’ve never been to a massage place that cut my treatment time that short. Although the massage itself was alright, I sadly won’t be returning as it is false advertisement and I’m not getting what I’ve paid for.
