The gel manicure was advertised on ClassPass, I attempted to sign up 3 separate times which were all denied and asked to reschedule. I was confused as they are all available time slots on the app and additionally tried to contact them via email and call with no responses. I was disappointed as I’m looking to get my nail done before a trip but was starting to not be sure if this place existed til I looked it up on google. I don’t understand why it would be listed on ClassPass if it is not available for appointments on it
Thanks Hannah my fingers and toes look great I feel very pampered. As always I had a great massage that was relaxing and really helped me de stress. The salon was super clean and all the measures put in place for our safety were there but not intrusive. Well done Pure and Hannah I’ll be back soon.
Love my nails! Really nice range of colours, the surroundings were very clean and extra care was taken to ensure a safe visit. Would definitely return. I got the express manicure and the polish is very high quality and looks like it could be gel. The nail artist really took her time and did a beautiful job.
From start to finish this was a headache. We booked a spa day for two, which we couldn't buy directly but had to buy a voucher and then phone up and check when they had availability. This was quite a long process going back and forward. This process then generated multiple emails (5 or 6) then sporadic emails asking us to review before we even attended. We got to spa day and there were swimming lessons going on...fair enough but there was also more children in the pool than adults. Young kids (aged 5 or 6) with Pool noodles bashing about in the jacuzzi. 8 year olds in the steam room and overall not a relaxing experience. Got to the restaurant for lunch where the guy looked at us like we had 2 heads...no record of us booked in, his manager then sitted us but still didn't believe we were booked in until I showed her the lunch confirmation email...she then wanted reference numbers etc even though I'd shown her confirmation from her colleague Yet to have lunch or have our treatments but I'm not holding out much hope...would not book a pure spa experience again Date of experience: 09 November 2024
Received a voucher for the spa as a gift , when trying to book in i had multiple issues. I emailed asking for availability, after a week no response, tried to call and was unable to get through to anyone. After a follow up email i eventually got a response but was not off to a good start. Arrived for our treatments one hour early as advised to use the facilities which was nice. There is two saunas, steam and plunge pool which meant it never felt too busy with people. Changing rooms were small with no changing cubicles or hair drying facilities. To note, the pool is not for swimming and is only for sitting in. We both got back massage with foot treatment, on speaking to my partner after the treatment he did not receive the correct foot treatment and instead only dipped his feet into a bowl of water where i got a scrub and small massage which was lovely. Both of us enjoyed our massages no complaints. Nice day not sure we would rush back, just lacked those special touches.
