Booked a 90 min massage but 10 mins was spent waiting around then sat on the massage table for 15 mins…. Supposed to be a luxury massage for £110 but I was asked to pay £4 for an eye mask to do my facial. The woman was polite enough but clearly she hadn’t done many massages as the woman at the desk was having to explain to her how to do a pregnancy massage. Knots and tension still in my back. Wouldn’t book again.

Very slow service. Took 3.5hours for a 2h20min appointment and work was still unfinished. Burn marks left on leg and elbow from waxing. Very amateur and a safety risk. Would not come here again. Trainees doing treatments on clients should be well supervised so that clients don’t come to harm. No apology received. Would not recommend this place.
