I booked a Swedish massage through TREATWELL for 7pm. I arrived there to be told they’d cancelled it and it was full. They’d left a voicemail which I didn’t pick up as I was working and then travelling for my massage. The voicemail was left not long before my appointment and only one call was made. So I wasted 50 minutes of travel and petrol to then be told I wouldn’t get my massage

I had an excellent experience at PURE spa. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Natasha was helpful, professional and friendly and gave me exceptional service; beautiful manicure and pedicure ready for my holiday and a wedding I was attending. I will 100% be returning to PURE spa for future treatments!

Had a massage booked for my Birthday, was super relaxing - I dozed off during! I was able to ask for varying pressure throughout, got a hot drink and didn't at all feel rushed. Lovely experience - I have been getting massages here for years and will continue to.
