I have no other choice but to leave a bad review for my visit at Pure. The first time I went there I booked a 50min facial who lasted 36min. Today I booked for 40min and it lasted less than 35min. I complained the first time about this and I thought it was a genuine misunderstanding but the general practice is to charge for 40min facial and give a 30min one (they say the other 10min are for consultation which I didn’t get). My complaint led to a free facial but I need to warn that the time you get is not what you pay for. It was su rush that make up was not removed from my lashes and I was left with scrub in my eyes and on my neck and hair.
