Took 40 minutes for the therapist to take my old gel off, then she applied new gel with no cuticle work even though you pay 35 pounds. The paint job is one of the worst I’ve ever had then she forgot to apply top coat and had to apply another coat after removing the top of the polish with acetone, so all in all I was there for 1h30 min. This is the second time I’ve been to this place, and both times were poor but I gave it another chance after requesting a different therapist from the first one. They have nice facilities but the therapists are poor
