The worst treatment I’ve ever had. Rescheduled my appointment twice, then phoned to reschedule again, when I explained I needed an appointment for the same day, they promised to call back that morning with an alternative appointment and I received nothing. Took my money, wasted my time and I got no treatment
Tracy was amazing. She made me comfortable and made it as quick and pain free as she could make it.
Had a hot wax recently and did not have a good experience. Staff were very polite but the session was rushed and left me with bleeding underarms.
