Scheduling issues between Treatwell and Pure made the experience a bit inconvenient. The availability on Treatwell isn’t live with the Pure system so I was double booked and had to reschedule my appointment. Also, the treatment description on Treatwell did not match the treatment on Pure’s own website, so I went in prepared for a relaxing shoulder and neck massage as part of my treatment, but this is no longer offered. The manicure I got was great and the therapist was lovely though.

The worst treatment I’ve ever had. Rescheduled my appointment twice, then phoned to reschedule again, when I explained I needed an appointment for the same day, they promised to call back that morning with an alternative appointment and I received nothing. Took my money, wasted my time and I got no treatment
