My treatment was by far one of the best facials Iv had! Realy relaxing and you could tell my therapist knew her knowledge of the products very well! 5*
I really loved the longelity manicure- got a fabulous colour and finish. The staff were lovely and overall it was a very relaxing experience.
Very welcoming and friendly staff upon entering the pure spa. They we're chatty and friendly throughout my treatment. It did feel a little rushed at times however the treatment lasted the time specified. There was a large variety of copies Polish to chose from. The treatments at this spa are a little over priced in my opinion, fine if you have a voucher! Free bottle of polish also made it more worth the cost.
Good wax, not too painful, good use of products for aftercare and possibility to buy them. Very friendly and helpful.
I am really not happy to pay £25 for a Brazilian wax and end up with just a "high bikini". That's a bit ridiculous.
The girl that did the wax was quite rough and I was actually worried I would have had bruises on my skin.
I doubt I will go there again.
