The staff were very lovely and the facility had a nice relaxing feeling to it. Quiet too considering your right in the middle of a shopping center, none of that bustle noise filters through which is nice. Would absolutely come back.
Actual massage therapist was good but disappointed in the room,very noisy,too chilly and only basic oil used -apparently if you had the same massage in the spa it would be warmer,darker etc etc which should be made clearer,won't be going there for massage again I'm afraid just not the right place be warned don't book massage unless it's in the spa side of the salon.
It was really good! Not painful and very hygienic. I would recommend spending a few extra pound for a good quality treatment. Rowan was also very professional, but still funny and kept my mind off the waxing.
Really nice but had expected more of a scrub for a deluxe manicure rather than a soak and polish -feet look good but not sure I like the conveyer belt feel about the venue although it's very handy as in town so may try it again
The Spa itself is lovely and a lot bigger than you would first think from walking past it.
I was happy with the result even though the beautician lacked personality.
I was happy to get my appointment on the day that I needed it even though it was not the time that I had requested on Wahanda - Something that I have since learned is not always the case as Wahanda do not have access to the diaries of the venues so you may think that you have a booking at a certain time but this may not actual be in the case, as if this is not available the venue will call you to make you aware and give you an alternative time/date.
