I had facial with Yumi, very nice and polite girl. I had good time having face and neck massage. However I can't say that this is best facial I ever had. My face doesn't look and feel better after treatment :(

I love going to Pure Essentials, I am always greeted in a warm fashion and am made to feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I always see Annie and she's fantastic at her job; always a thorough job and I am always pleased with the results. This time round I received a Christmas present from the ladies as a thank you.
