The best thing about the treatments here is the attention to detail. Athina is great as really understanding the client's need and working towards fulfilling it.
From a welcoming reception to care after treatment, the customer service is excellent.
The treatment rooms are a little small but somehow still work to get all the equipment within easy access so there isn't too much disruption.
There is no hard-sell at the end of the treatment and there is no need: the service makes you want to return.
The facial is excellent value for money.

Athena is wonderful, her shiatsu massage was very relaxing and I felt energised and relaxed for days after the massage. The slight downside was the room which was not really cosy (bright light, etc.).

My experience started off a little poorly as they rang and changed the time of the appointment without appearing very apologetic. However, the lady who did my facial was very friendly and it was a lovely, calming experience. The extractions made me break out after the facial but my skin did improve slightly after this. Overall it was good but don’t book this facial if you’re going out that night!
