Amy works really hard to release tension build up and targets areas. She always asks me what areas I’d like focussed on. I feel very at ease throughout the appointment and always leave feeling relaxed. Amy explains techniques she uses and their purpose. Clear instructions and guidance are given, particularly after the treatment.
I love going for my monthly maintenance massage and will continue to do so - definitely worth doing regularly.
