Great treatment with Amy. Amy clearly is very knowledgable and skilled with what she does. I really enjoyed the holistic approach.

As always Amy takes the time to understand the areas that need attention and then works her magic to get the knots out. I feel a few centimetres taller!

Pulfer Holistic Therapies
Suite 3, Premier House near Premier World Fitness,
LS25 2LD

Melt away all your stresses and strains with a visit to Pulfer Holistic Therapies. Located in the Garforth neighbourhood of Leeds, this is a hidden haven of relaxing treatments for the mind, body and soul.

Experience your choice of holistic or deep tissue treatments, carefully tailored to suit your pressure preference or current stress points.

Head masseuse Amy Pulfer is an experienced therapist, bringing almost a decade's experience to your selection of soothing and reconstructive treatments.

The top pick? The Tuina Chinese Massage. Difficult to come by, the Tuina technique hails from traditional Chinese medicine. In its native homeland, this technique is considered therapeutic enough to be used for post-operation rehabilitation. At Pulfer, it's used to get as deep as any deep tissue massage can get, relieving you of a whole host of postural niggles and sports strains.

You'll find them inside Premier House, less than a 15-minute walk from both Garforth and East Garforth train stations.
