I wanted to have a mayofascial release massage to release tension between the shoulder blades and on the neck. Sarah can feel the energy blocks and inflammation with her hands. She discovered that I have little fascia to release on my back but I suffer from first signs of rheumatic arthritis in my hands / wrists and feet / ankles and she adapted the massage so to help with lympha flow in the body and worked on my trigger points. Next time she will focus on where my fascia needs most attention: neck and head. This one hour massage was at no point painful and I feel less contracted and kind of free which is what I wanted to achieve in this initial session.
