Good masseuse and she put me at ease. Atmosphere could have been better but I expect that's more difficult when it's at a private residence.

A friendly and holistic service. Really enjoyed the rose petal and salt foot bath. My feet are lovely and soft; and with a great selection of nail polish colors - Thank you :)

I have visited Sarah at Green Rock Spa twice for a therapeutic massage. The welcome was warm, professional and friendly and the treatment area was clean and well appointed.
I needed not only an overall body massage for muscle tension, stress relief and anxiety, but specific remedial work on an injury related area. Around my right hip and lower back.
After a reassuringly in depth and incisive consultation the treatment began.
The atmosphere created at Green Rock Spa was calm, supportive and professional with a comfortable room temperature and some wonderful ambient music. I actually felt better just being there.
The massage and remedial work were very thorough and skilful. Sarah is not only a talented professional but also has a wonderful instinctive feel for what works and what is needed. Sarah also struck the right balance between verbally checking in with me and not being intrusive. Often adjusting the treatment way before I felt the need to say something.
For me trust in being in the right hands is very important. For both of my visits to Green Rock Spa I found the atmosphere and treatments to be calm, professional, skilful and supportive. The ultimate payoff being that I walked out feeling very, very different to when I walked in! I wish them all the best.
