I was going through a very hard time and didn't expect Sarah to give me any hope instantly, however listening to everything she said and having that one-on-one time made it very useful. I am seeing her again, and hopefully this keeps up!
I highly recommend Sarah to anybody who is going though mental pain, and I also do say to listen to everything she says. Be open and honest, and her CBT techniques will be genuinely insightful to how we can all cope with hardships in our life.
