My therapist was really nice and formerly but a few things about this nail shop put experience down for me. Despite having booked an appointment I waited nearly an hour- and they did sincerely apologise but it was frustrating having booked and already paid. You have to pay £3 extra for specific nail shapes which I found odd and they don’t accept card amd had no cash so couldn’t even pay for the shape i did want. Good manicure but the place was untidy and dirty and there didn’t seem to be very stringent about covid precautions!
