Even 1* is way too generous. My 6 year old niece would have done a better job. My cuticles bled, every nail was a different length and shape and the gel was so blobby and uneven. Do not go here

Absolutely awful gel manicure. Shaping my nails with the file after applying a layer of gel before curing?! The woman is rude as hell too. Had to wait an hour for the man to redo them so they were slightly more acceptable but I wouldn’t go near this place with a barge pole.

Adequate, but underwhelming. The therapist made my cuticle bleed and didn't say anything until I pointed it out. Foot massage consisted of spa jets and whacking the bottom of my feet. Massage chair was too big to be effective (not for petite people). Not sure the files were clean. The nail edges were left rough, which I didn't notice until I left (did not want to hang around!). Therapist was on the phone during the treatment. Three stars is me giving the benefit of the doubt. Not worth £30.

Awful mani pedi and service. Did not complete the job properly (jagged nails) and starting serving a walk in customer in between. I had to go home and take it off and felt cuts along my cuticles. Ive been here before and it’s touch and go each time, cleanliness is questionable. They called me 20 mins after I left offering to do it again but service was so bad that I refused. Do not waste your money and time here.
