They were cleaning around me as was quite rushed so felt very unrelaxing and uncomfortable. I asked for nails flap be shaped and filed down but they weren’t and a few bits missed. It’s a lot of money for me and I was very disappointed

Not bad, gets the job done. They take on a lot of clients and sometimes have to wait a long time other times they’re free.
