Nobody showed up and I was left there waiting for 20 minutes, whilst the people working in the off-licence inside of which this salon is, kept telling me to wait but they had no clue when the technician was gonna arrive so in the end I just left.

Priyal was caring and throughout my treatments she would check if I was OK. She was thorough and explained what she was doing. She did not rush my treatments and spent the recommended time for each treatment I had. I felt relaxed and even had a power nap. The product used were of good quality. Her assistant was helpful and kind. I would recommend the hair spa, back massage, hand and foot pedicures. I felt rejuvenated, it was great for a treat and my wellbeing. She offered refreshments.

Not the worst massage I've ever had, but a very close second. The "massage table" was separated from the rest of the (tiny) salon by only a curtain, meaning there was virtually no feeling of any privacy. The whole place felt very unclean. Never again

My eyebrows look great. I'd paid for waxing but Royal also used threading to make sure she got all the hairs.
