My first time trying myofascial release. It was a very enjoyable session. The room was simple, warm and pleasant. Nico was very matter of fact and grounded. I felt great as I left and also the next day. Highly recommend.

Very comfy space, has just been refurbed, nice and warm. Nico has a great depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in working with - as he puts it on his site - the mind/body. I particularly liked (what I would think of as) his Germanic straightforwardness about the body.
