Good - host was patient & listened to my concerns - we focused on low level pressure and manipulating very particular pressure points which I wasn’t expecting but left feeling good & realising it the session doesn’t have to be painful to be effective

Nico is clearly knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. Felt more ‘physio’ than a normal massage - aiming to help problem areas, which I liked and found reassuring!

I don't know if I have the vocabulary to articulate just how amazing these treatments are but I have traveled from south Dorset to London especially for them, I hope that gives you some idea. My Mum was also really impressed. Huge thanks to you Nico.
