Dr. Jay listened to my reasons for being there and located the exact places where I experience pain. I’m an athlete and I experience pain in different places to most. Dr Jay’s massage was the right firmness and sensitivity of touch. Afterwards, I felt much softer and very relaxed. I will definitely be back for more.

This was not a relaxing massage. The pressure was really hard and I found the massage very painful. After I said “ow” a few times and told the woman I was in pain, she continued to push really hard on ‘pressure points’.
I wouldn’t recommend this if you are after a relaxing massage
