Had a wonderful experience here - the therapist was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. The massage was very good, and targeted to the issues that I told him about. He paid excellent attention both to that issue but did not skimp on the rest. I also had to delay the appointment, and they were very accommodating in allowing me to shift my appointment to a later time.
The only reason it looses 1 star for ambience is that the treatment room was very poky, but it was clean and well-appointed, with a nice lobby area. Not a luxury spa, but somewhere you go when you have an actual need to get a massage for a health reason.
Could not recommend enough!
