I have a chronic back and shoulder issue and went to Primo Herb for Acupuncture and Cupping. I am happy to recommend the treatment and experience at Primo Herb. I was treated efficiently and trusted the staff to be able to take care of my issue with care and discretion. I will go back for a follow up treatment in the future.

Dr Jay was really professional and gave a great massage. I'd say that it didn't last from exactly 30mins and was more 25ish mins - but that's the only little observation that could be improved on given it was for a full 30min massage and some time is spent at reception/going up/getting undressed etc so in total, massage time itself would have been 20mins if we finished 25mins after I arrived. Otherwise, the massage itself was thorough, excellent pressure and technique and really helped me with my muscle pains.

Not too sure about my whole experience tbh! Last minute booking to try out this place. Acupuncture was ok but one needle on my neck region bled quite a bit after the procedure. Massage was so-so. Not sure really. Don't think I would be going back!
