I went to see Dr Jay because I was suffering with a severe episode of sciatica. I booked the appointment last minute so was very happy that they were able to accommodate me. The acupuncture was a lot less uncomfortable than some of the acupuncture I’ve had in the past, followed by a deep tissue massage which was very relaxing.
