Primo herb is a great place, it's not a fancy boutique or a space with bells and whistles, but it is clean and warm. And it's biggest sell is it's really talented team (I have previously been seen by Lisa and Alice), friendliness and experience. Lisa is great, super friendly, considerate, and extremely skilled. She can find the perfect spot to undo even the tightest of knots.
