Staff was very friendly. Place was clean. I was sat by the door so was a bit chilly at times. I do like my highlights but I did originally said I wanted natural and I got bleached very blonde. But for the amount of money I paid I probably shouldn’t complain. This place is cheap!

Colour is great but I wish I'd been told before the blow dry that it would be another 23 pounds on top of what I'd already paid as I would have opted out.

Went in, was expecting a trim. Felt like I was treated poorly, they didn't seem to have a clue. Not happy with my haircut, the front is longer than the back when I wanted it one length. I was told that I was 'no good' because I didn't want it blow dried.
