The owner was lovely and friendly but clearly over compensating for his staff who were unfriendly and miserable. The salon was quite unclean and there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The man that cut my hair was bordering on rude and didn't seem to care at all. He only partially dried my hair and when I asked him to dry it further he said that he thought it was dry enough and wouldn't dry it any further.
