A very scary experience it’s was very busy they have taken on too many appointments there was a member of the team shouting at a customer as she wasn’t happy when her hair - I was hoping I could cancel but sadly not- not a great hair cut rushed and poor service

Good value haircut but definitely not a luxury treatment. Unfriendly staff, roughly handled my hair and the blow-dry was worse than doing it myself! As I was just there for a trim it got the job done without spending too much.
