I booked for highlights and usually the hair dressers will ask what sort of highlights I would like/what sort of shade of blonde I would like however they just got straight to it which made me feel a bit on edge. The hair dresser was talking to me saying that my hair was too clean and next time I should leave longer between washing my hair and getting highlights which is a fair point but he proceeded to appear visibly annoyed whilst putting the highlights in despite that I had apologised and said I would leave it longer for next time. Overall the highlights look fine but I would have wanted it to be more of an icy blonde and some of the highlights are patchy.
