Very busy and cramped considering current circumstances. The salon is small but was at full capacity with no additional space between chairs. Only 1 member of staff wore their face mask properly. The rest either had it covering their chin or not at all. Haircut was fine and I think under normal circumstances I may have enjoyed the salon.

Very happy with my balayage but for a first timer getting their hair coloured, the experience did not really put me at ease. My hair was washed by accident before my hair was coloured, as I was mistaken for someone. My stylist did a great job with my hair but it felt rushed and he would keep disappearing off during the process. Despite this, my stylist did show me colour options for my balayage and gave me advice on my haircut.
