Great service asked lots of questions to get the right cut

I was not happy with the way my hair was cut. I asked for side bangs but too much hair was cut short, it wasn’t even and very blunt. Wasn’t helped by the styling so when I got home and properly looked in the mirror I was very disappointed. HOWEVER, I rang up and Dino said I could come back in after hours and he would fix it. It still doesn’t look like what I asked for but he did a good job. No hard feelings to Maggie either - wasn’t happy with it but these things happen. I think it was a one off

I had a fantastic experience at Primmo hair studio. I got roots, haircut and blow dry done by Dino. He heard me out on the type of haircut I was looking for and was great with it. He is very experienced and makes good recommendations on the hairstyle. He also stopped after every few minutes to check the hair length and whether I was comfortable with the haircut being done which was very reassuring. I will definitely visit them again.
