The quickest haircut ever. No effort made at all. I was told they were too busy for a blow dry yet no one was in the waiting area and I left the appointment 15 mins before my scheduled end. After months of lockdown would have been nice to be taken care of. Will not return and would not recommend.

Was really looking forward to getting my haircut for the first time in a year. I wasn’t asked what I wanted before my hair was washed and when I sat down she just said “this much?” With some hair between her fingers and then took 10 mins to cut it (very bluntly!!!) it’s now an awkward length with no shape. Quite disappointed as Primmo has some great reviews.
