Gorgeous salon, gorgeous therapists and gorgeous treatments. I've been lucky enough to go to Primas a couple of times now and have loved the atmosphere and warm friendliness of the staff (as well as the treatments!). The facials have been excellent - performed professionally and with care. The therapist offered great advice, explained every step and was genuinely passionate about her work. I also sneaked in a lash tint while there and was truly impressed with the care and attention to detail of what, to many salons, would just be a run of the mill treatment. I can't recommend Primas enough - not only for the quality of the treatments but also for the ambiance. This is an absolute gem of a salon to visit and the girls go out their way to make sure they deliver an amazing service - can't wait to go back!
I was very happy with the wax I got with Marianna. She's very sweet and friendly. She made me feel at ease. The place is fantastic. A big salon in the heart of London! The staff there was great and make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Marianna was quick and the wax job was detailed. The only reason I give it four stars is because it was slightly painful and if she pulled the skin or pulled off the wax in a smoother, quicker way it would be avoided. Having said that, I have sensitive skin so this could be specific to me. Overall, fantastic place and I am sure to go again!
Hollywood Waxing
I had a Hollywood wax with Marianna. This was my first visit to their new salon and was very pleased with the service. Marianna made me very relaxed the whole time and was swift making the pain more bearable. The price is also as reasonable as London can get. The salon is massive and it's beautiful. I will definitely go back. I wish the girls good luck with their new salon!
What a great new salon! It is so refreshing to get a real salon in the centre of London (not in a gym or hair dresses or some corner space in an office complex). It has been done to a high quality and beautiful spec too.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made a real effort to chat to me and make me feel comfortable/welcome. My treatment was done professionally and on time (they even let me move my time no problems). Thank you Mariana for doing a great job and I will definitely put Romania on my list of next places to visit. Alessandra thank you for the great lunch recommendation too!
