Really lovely salon tucked away in the city. Calm, welcoming environment when you enter and the beautiful staff make you feel at home. Liliana did my brazillian, she did a great job, it was quick and very thorough. I will be recommending the salon and going back again! Thanks ladies!

The absolutely best spa experience I have had in London. Amazing beautiful location. Everything was new and modern. The staff where true experts, it's 2 days later and my skin is still flawless. I will be back.
This is a new place that recently opened. Very nice inside and very friendly staff. Treatment itself was good although on the expensive end for Hollywood. Very nice hot wax used, and I felt very relaxed. Thanks again

Keep your eyes open for this lovely place as there is lots of scaffolding next to their shop and is easy to miss! As soon as you walk in the staff are smiling and super friendly, beautiful Colombian ladies. With a glass of water I was taken to my private room where I had my treatment. As it was my first Brazillian wax, my therapist (Liliana) took it easy so I could take some breaths between the pain, but overall still only took 20mins. She is a super professional person who clearly loves what she does and gives lots of advice. Minus the pain - it was a great experience. I'll be going back again in future 100%. Thank you!
Gorgeous salon, gorgeous therapists and gorgeous treatments. I've been lucky enough to go to Primas a couple of times now and have loved the atmosphere and warm friendliness of the staff (as well as the treatments!). The facials have been excellent - performed professionally and with care. The therapist offered great advice, explained every step and was genuinely passionate about her work. I also sneaked in a lash tint while there and was truly impressed with the care and attention to detail of what, to many salons, would just be a run of the mill treatment. I can't recommend Primas enough - not only for the quality of the treatments but also for the ambiance. This is an absolute gem of a salon to visit and the girls go out their way to make sure they deliver an amazing service - can't wait to go back!
