Gel Nails Manicure
I was welcomed by receptionist who was friendly. However I had requested a specific therapist which obviously was ignored. I had carefully reviewed all the therapists and concluded Helen came highly recommended. When my therapist came she clearly wasn't Helen. I indicated that I asked for Helen and the receptionist asked if I had asked for someone specific and I said yes. She said she's busy with someone else which was untrue as she collected another client whilst I was waiting. The therapist I had was ok and friendly. However there was no consultation of my skin as I did advise this was my first treatment and wanted to focus on specific problematic areas. She didn't know I had booked the facial spa as well which was slightly unprofessional(read the notes!). Post treatment she proceeded to extract blackheads by hand!!! Maybe I'm not an expert of beauty techniques however I have never in my history of facials come across removing blackheads by hand!! I found this very mediocre and did ask don't you have the tool. There was no steam on my face beforehand so why you would just extract is beyond me. Then the face mask was applied and as I was left alone for ten minutes the therapist arrived to remove it and I opened my eyes to find a completely Different person removing the face mask! When I asked where the other lady went she said she had to start another treatment. So not only did I get another therapist, I wasn't informed of the change and felt the place is run by amateurs!! I proceeded to pay for my treatment and informed the receptionist who giggled rather than actually taking into account my concerns.
Would I be recommending this place to people - NO!

it was good value, but the lady who helped to removed my nails was not very kind and polite. The rest of the staff were very nice and sweet!
